Partners deliver workshops, courses, and community projects that align with the Peer Passport’s core values. They play a vital role in creating opportunities for beneficiaries to grow, build confidence, and track their achievements on their journey toward brighter futures. Together, we’re building stronger communities, one stamp at a time.

The WATCH Project
WATCH CIO is a charity based in Chard, Somerset, dedicated to empowering individuals, reducing social isolation, and fostering positive change. As the administrator of the Peer Passport initiative, WATCH collaborates with partners to provide meaningful opportunities that support personal and professional growth. Through innovative programs and a commitment to inclusivity, WATCH aims to build stronger, more connected communities.
ARK at Egwood
ARK at Egwood is an inter-generational, land-based day service situated on 12 acres of land and woodland in Merriott, Somerset. They provide a safe, outdoor environment where individuals of all ages, needs, and abilities can engage in activities such as horticulture, animal husbandry, rural arts and crafts, and cooking. Their mission is to improve health and wellbeing, confidence, and community engagement through meaningful, land-based experiences.
Open Doors Somerset
Open Doors Somerset is a social enterprise based at 2, West Street, Crewkerne. We aim to create and sustain a welcoming and inclusive space in Crewkerne, to strengthen local life. Projects include a Community Fridge, Repair Hub and Chat Cafe.
Chard Community Hub
Chard Community Hub is a vibrant space at the heart of the town, dedicated to bringing people together, supporting those facing hardship, and creating opportunities for everyone to thrive. Projects include Early Years support, a Community Fridge, Mobile food Pantry, Repair Sewing Hubs and support groups.
