Our Peer Passports are much more than a keepsake—they’re a living record of your journey, milestones and growth. Since launching the Passport scheme earlier this year, members across Somerset have been proudly collecting stamps to celebrate each training, workshop and peer-led experience they complete.

🎉 Celebrating Every Step
Take a look above at how our fellow peers are using stamps to track their achievements.
Each stamp tells a story of courage, curiosity and commitment—to learning new skills, connecting with others, and paving your own peer-to-peer pathway.
📖 How It Works
- Attend & Engage – Whether it’s a facilitated peer group, a skills workshop, or a conservation day with our friends at ARK at Egwood, every session you attend qualifies for a stamp.
- Collect Your Stamp – At the end of each session, our facilitators will stamp your Passport—marking the date, course name and partner logo.
- Reflect & Share – Flip through your Passport to see how far you’ve come. Share your progress with peers online or bring your Passport along to monthly Pathways Forum to inspire others.

And remember—every stamp is a celebration of your potential, your voice and your way.
